Boiled rice presented with boiled hard egg and fish kebab
Urid Soup 
with fresh coriander and  ruie fish
 (Bangladeshi fish) or mackerel fish 
This is one of the very traditional soup of Bangladesh on every occasion we used it.It is very easy to make it.

Ingredients: 250g Urid powder
half slice of mackerel fish 
1cup of veg.oil
1 Sliced onion
1 litre water
25g very finely chopped ginger
3 cloves crashed garlic
half tsp.chilli powder
half turmeric powder
salt.
2 bay leafs
1 cinnamon sticks
3 cardamoms
3 cloves
Fresh chopped coriander

Method: In a pot put water,urid powder,onion,chilli powder,turmeric powder,cinnamon sticks,cardamom, cloves, mackerel fish ,bay leafs,half cup of oil,salt. cook until boil then simmer about half an hour or until medium thick.Now in a fry pan pour rest half of oil wait until hot then put crashed garlic,finely chopped ginger make until brown then pour top of urid soup.serve with fresh coriander.

Fish kebab
Bangladeshi traditional fish kebab really beautiful.
Ingredients: 4 mackerel fish fillets
Half finely chopped onion
half tsp garlic paste
half tsp ginger paste
half tsp turmeric powder
half tsp chilli powder
half tsp cumin powder
half tsp coriander powder
3 finely chopped lime leaves
Finely chopped fresh coriander
25g plain flour
Salt.
Method: In a oven bake mackerel fish fillets about 10-15 minutes.when fish cooked let them for cool.then add all ingredients together with fish  and mix well.Now make balls in your palm then lightly press down in your hand.balls should be medium. now deep fry fish balls at 150c hit about 2 minutes or until nice brown on both side.
Spinach bhaji (cook with garlic)

Ingredients:
Spinach 200g
Half finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
Half tsp chilli powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
Salt.
4tbs sunflower oil

Method: In a hot  fry pan pour oil then put onions until brown then garlic,chilli powder, salt,Half tsp turmeric powder,spinach stir everything together then cook 7-10 minutes.
Pasta salad
Ingredients :
Penny pasta
Olive oil
Salt
Peppers
Vinegar
Sugar
Fresh chopped coriander
Roasted red peppers
Method:
In a pot hit water until boil then cook pasta about 4-5 minutes.then leave under running cool water .Now in a mixing bowl vinegar,sugar,salt,pepper stir,then slowly pour oil and whisk until smooth,then add roast peppers and Fresh chopped coriander.
Rainbow trout 
with gnochi, broccoli and orange white wine  cream sauce.

Ingredients:
broccoli,salt,pepper,butter. gnochi,1 fillet of  trout

for sauce:
Half Finely chopped onions,
1 orange
2 cup white wine
100ml cream
butter

For gnochi;
00 flour,salt,olive oil,mash potato,warm water

Method:Tidy up fish then leave refrigerator.Then make gnochi. for gnochi in a mixing bowl sieve flour then add 00 flour,salt,olive oil,mash potato,warm water then kneed until smooth now make gnochi shape with fork.cook gnochi in boiling water about 4-minutes.to cook  broccoli in boiling water about 1 minute then put in water bath.before serving  broccoli and gnochi glaze in a fry pan with butter.to make sauce in a pot 2 cup white wine,chopped onion,squeeze half orange reduce by half then, add cream reduce again until slightly thick then strain.now into sauce slowly add cold butter.

Traditional French warm Dijon potato salad

Ingredients:

500 g baby potatoes
2 tbs Dijon mustard
3tbs sunflower oil
1tbs white wine vinegar
1 Slice of lemon wedges
Salt,peppers
1tbs Brown sugar
Fresh chopped parsely

Method:Cook potatoes into a pot about 10-15 minutes or until tender then leave a side until just warm.Now in a mixing bowl put mustard,lemon juice from wedges,white wine vinegar,sugar,very gently pour oil and whisk until smooth dressing.Now slice potatoes half then in a bowl mix potatoes,salt,peppers dressing together taste it .sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
